Forever Young
Fee:$35                                           monthly  
If you are 50 years or better, this class is for you!  From the top of your head to the soles of you feet, you will feel how this class will improve your daily life.  Enjoy 75 minutes of fun, work, and relaxation.  The atmosphere of support and encouragement add greatly to the pleasure of getting stronger.  Aerobic, strength, stretch, breath work, and caring are all key components of this program.  Sigh up today and make this great class part of your life.  Bring a mat or towel and water to class.

Senior Softball
This group has a ball!  The Golden Senior Softball program offers softball leagues for individuals 55 years of age or older.

Cottage Senior Citizens’ Club
The club meets on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month from 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.  You must be at least 50 years of age or older to join this active group. 
For your $13 fee ($12 resident discount) you will be able to participate in fashion shows, listen to speakers, sing, have your blood pressure taken, and much much more.  Call Edna Murrel at 483-7560 or Beverly Ferrari at 486-0662 for more information.
