75 minutes of fun, work, and relaxation. The
atmosphere of support and encouragement add greatly to the pleasure of getting
stronger. Aerobic, strength,
stretch, breath work, and caring are all key components of this program.

Senior Softball
This group has a ball! The Golden Senior Softball program
offers softball leagues for individuals 55 years of age or older. For more
information call George Hodgson, Player Agent at 481-9304, or Becky McDaniel at
927-3802 ext 119.
Cottage Senior Citizens’ Club
The club meets on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month from
11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. You must be at least 50 years of age or older to
join this active group. For your $13 fee ($12 resident discount) you will
be able to participate in fashion shows, listen to speakers, sing, have your
blood pressure taken, and much much more. Call Edna Murrel at 483-7560 or
