ADULT AQUATICS PROGRAMS
ADULT SUMMER WATER POLO CLUB

Attention water polo enthusiasts!! FEC is excited to introduce an Adult Water Polo Club to the Sacramento
Area. Practices will be held Tuesday and Friday evenings in June and July at Cottage Pool. To end the
season, the club will meet in West Sacramento on August 1st for a scrimmage-tournament with
the club from the other side of the river! This program is designed for intermediate players.
(Both beginning and advanced players are welcome to participate, but practices will be
designed for those with a general understanding of the game, and some basic skills)

Ages: 18 +
Dates: June 8 - August 1
Days: Tuesday and Friday
Times: 8:15 - 9:30 pm
Cost: $49 ($47 resident discount)

Swim Punch Passes from previous years will NOT be accepted.
Adult Swim Club
 Start your summer days with a splash!  The Adult Swim Club is designed for adults of all fitness levels who feel comfortable swimming. Cottage Pool has lap swimming for Swim Club members, with suggested workouts to help you train for fitness and endurance on  Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 6:00 – 7:00am.  Also, your Club Card will get you into any weekday 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. lap swim during the duration of your session for FREE.  Participants will have the option of participating in a 0.5, 1.0, or 2.0 mile open water swim on July 25th. (Registration to open water swim id FREE to members who join BOTH sessions)

Adult Swim Lessons  

Adult Super-Splash Swim Lessons
Super-Splash Discount Training Lessons will give you an early start on summer swimming.  This one-week session of swim lessons is taught lead by an experienced swim teacher and student teachers in training to give the class a high student-teacher ratio.  This class is designed for adults who are new, beginner, and advanced-beginner swimmers.  Our lessons are tailored to suit individual needs.
 Fee:  $10                  Resident Discount: $8

Adult Group Swim Lessons
This class is designed for adults who are new, beginner, and advanced-beginner swimmers.  Our lessons are tailored to suit individual needs.

Private Swim Lessons

 Our private one-on-one lessons will be taught according to each student’s ability level.  The fee includes 8 one-half hour lessons for one student.
