Ballet and Jazz Dance

(ages 2-7)                      Monthly

Youth ballet classes will be starting up this summer!  Classes feature a positive and noncompetitive atmosphere.
Students will have an introduction to jazz and ballet.  Please wear dance shoes (or tennis shoes) and clothes that allow movement.

  Little Dragons Taekwondo
(Ages 4-6 Years)                    6 weeks         (check District Office for start dates)

This martial arts course is designed to increase student’s coordination, self esteem, conflict resolution
and social interaction skills in addition to teaching the fundamentals of Taekwondo for self defense.
Special emphasis will be on the virtues of courtesy, self discipline, self control, and respect for others.
Note: Students are asked to purchase a uniform for $30 by the SECOND six-week session.  Fees for testing are also charged.

Junior Taekwondo
(Ages 7-14 Years)                6 weeks               (check District Office for start dates)

This martial arts course is designed to promote muscular development, improve coordination and flexibility,
and increase self esteem in addition to teaching the fundamentals of Taekwondo for self defense.
Classes are taught with a noncompetitive format whereby all students advanced based on individual
ability and earn belt ranking through the United World Taekwondo Association.
Note: Students are asked to purchase a uniform for $30 by the SECOND six-week session.  Fees for testing are also charged.

Driver Education

Fee: $75/course

Drivers Education is a California-required course for teens to receive a driver's license.
It is the first step that must be taken so your teen can receive a driver's permit.
The course includes much parental involvement, and it's FUN, INTERACTIVE, and EDUCATIONAL.
Coursework can be completed at any time of the day or night.
Students may choose from an internet course or a home study course. THE CHOICE IS YOURS!
DMV -accepted completion certificates issued upon successful completion of the course.
COURSE DOES NOT INCLUDE BEHIND-THE-WHEEL DRIVING INSTRUCTION!

 

Cheersters

(ages 8-12)                      8-weeks
Fee: $39          Resident Discount: $36

Here is your chance to become a cheerleader.  This class will teach the basics of cheerleading.
Every Monday our participants will learn introductory cheers, and movements, and a choreographed dance routine.
For the grand finale, we will be performing at a FEC Soccer Game.
