Boot Camp
Lose Weight, Lose Body Fat, Lose Inches, Tone, Tighten,
& Strengthen.
Camps include: Fitness assessment, success journal, nutritional
program, and take home maintenance program.

Driver Education
Drivers Education is a
California-required course for teens to receive a driver's
license. It is the first step that must be taken so your teen
can receive a driver's permit. The course includes much parental
involvement, and it's FUN, INTERACTIVE,
and EDUCATIONAL. Coursework can be completed at any time
of the day or night. Students may choose from an internet course
or a home study course. THE CHOICE IS YOURS!
DMV - accepted
completion certificates issued upon successful completion of the course.
COURSE DOES NOT
INCLUDE BEHIND-THE-WHEEL DRIVING INSTRUCTION!

Howe Park Table
Tennis
Players of all abilities are welcome.
For those without a table tennis paddle, an entry level paddle
will be available.
Each participant is expected to provide their own table tennis
balls.
Dress comfortably and bring your own workout supplies such as
towel, water, and court shoes.
