Boot Camp

 Lose Weight, Lose Body Fat, Lose Inches, Tone, Tighten, & Strengthen.
 Camps include: Fitness assessment, success journal, nutritional program, and take home maintenance program.

Driver Education

Drivers Education is a California-required course for teens to receive a driver's license. It is the first step that must be taken so your teen can receive a driver's permit. The course includes much parental involvement, and it's FUN, INTERACTIVE, and EDUCATIONAL. Coursework can be completed at any time of the day or night. Students may choose from an internet course or a home study course. THE CHOICE IS YOURS!


DMV - accepted completion certificates issued upon successful completion of the course.
COURSE DOES NOT INCLUDE BEHIND-THE-WHEEL DRIVING INSTRUCTION!

Forever Young

If you are 50 years or better, this class is for you!  From the top of your head to the soles of you feet, you will feel how this class will improve your daily life.  Enjoy 75 minutes of fun, work, and relaxation.  The atmosphere of support and encouragement add greatly to the pleasure of getting stronger.  Aerobic, strength, stretch, breath work, and caring are all key components of this program.  Sigh up today and make this great class part of your life.  Bring a mat or towel and water to class.

Players of all abilities are welcome.
For those without a table tennis paddle, an entry level paddle will be available.
Each participant is expected to provide their own table tennis balls.
Dress comfortably and bring your own workout supplies such as towel, water, and court shoes.
