TABLE TENNIS CLUB

The Howe Park Table Tennis Club meets every Tuesday and Thursday Evenings - 6:30 - 9:00 P.M.
 

All Ages,  All Skill Levels Welcome

$5 Walk up fee  or Get a punch card good for 10 visits for $45

 

Driver Education

(ages 14-18)                    Register anytime!
Fee: $75/course

Drivers Education is a California-required course for teens to receive a driver's license. It is the first step that must be taken so your teen can receive a driver's permit. The course includes much parental involvement, and it's FUN, INTERACTIVE, and EDUCATIONAL. Coursework can be completed at any time of the day or night. Students may choose from an internet course or a home study course. THE CHOICE IS YOURS!
DMV -accepted completion certificates issued upon successful completion of the course.
COURSE DOES NOT INCLUDE BEHIND-THE-WHEEL DRIVING INSTRUCTION!


Break Dancing
               
 
(No experience necessary)

Tue (Beginning March 4th) 5:30 to 6:25 P.M.
Learn the fundamentals (Toprock, footwork, Freezes, Flow and Power) .......... Study the history of breakdancing .................
Learn the guidelines about battling and eventually have the opportunity to enter a competition.

"Flexible Flave" has been around for over 5 years and has won international competitions in France, Korea, Taiwan, New York, Florida, Montreal, California, Portugal, Tahiti, and more. This past year, Flexible Flave performed for Talib Kweli, Dead Prez, Common, Africa Bambatta, Zion I, Mikuni Sushi, and at Sacramento King's games at Arco Arena.

 Yoga - Mindfulness Yoga and Meditation
6 weeks

Establish a new and deeper relationship within and in daily life by gently combining natural breath flow with the conscious movements of classical yoga and restorative yoga with use of straps and blocks.  Great for prevention and reduction of stress and anxiety.  Reawaken life's joy.

Establish a NEW and deeper relationship within and in daily life by gently combining national breath flow and conscious movement of classical yoga This program is great for prevention and reduction of daily stress with easy yoga postures.  Increase flexibility and strength while creating a peace within yourself.  Please bring your own yoga mat.  On going registration $10 Drop-ins available.

Forever Young
Fee:$25                                           monthly  
If you are 50 years or better, this class is for you!  From the top of your head to the soles of you feet, you will feel how this class will improve your daily life.  Enjoy 75 minutes of fun, work, and relaxation.  The atmosphere of support and encouragement add greatly to the pleasure of getting stronger.  Aerobic, strength, stretch, breath work, and caring are all key components of this program.  Sigh up today and make this great class part of your life.  Bring a mat or towel and water to class.
